Booking terms

1. Booking and payment

1.1 All prices are in US dollars. On request we invoice in ZiG or South African rand at the exchange rate on the day of the invoice.

1.2 Your date is reserved only once the 50% deposit on your invoice has been paid. Until then another client may book the same date.

1.3 The balance is paid on the day of the event.

1.4 Pay only to the account on your official Studio24.7 invoice. Payments made privately to staff or anyone else are at your own risk.

1.5 Payments, including deposits, are non-refundable.

1.6 Prices may change without notice, but a confirmed booking keeps the price on its invoice.

2. Changing your date

2.1 You can move your booking to another available date if you ask at least 15 days before the original date. Your payments move with it.

2.2 Date changes are not possible on the day of the event.

2.3 If Studio24.7 cannot attend because of illness or an emergency, we will send another Studio24.7 photographer or, if that is not possible, refund what you have paid for the booking.

3. On the day

3.1 Coverage runs for the hours booked, starting at the agreed time. If the programme starts late, coverage still ends at the booked time unless extra time is added.

3.2 Extra time can be added on the day, subject to availability, at US$100 per hour.

3.3 Travel is quoted up front, based on where your event is. Travel beyond that, and any overnight stay, is quoted and invoiced before the event.

3.4 For events longer than five hours, please provide a meal for the crew.

4. Delivery

4.1 Photoshoots: you choose your favourites from a preview gallery, and editing takes 5 to 7 working days from your selection. Delivery times for events, weddings and films are confirmed with your booking.

4.2 We deliver edited images only. We do not supply unedited files.

4.3 Online galleries stay available for at least 90 days. Please download and keep your own copies.

5. Use of images

5.1 You may use your images for personal purposes and share them freely. Commercial use is licensed in the quote for corporate clients.

5.2 Studio24.7 may use a small selection of images in its portfolio and social media. Tell us before the event if you would prefer we did not, and we will respect that.
