Your photographer arrives before guests do to photograph the setup and decor while it is untouched, then works the room for the rest of the event.

Travel is quoted up front, based on where your event is. A 50% deposit secures the date and the balance is paid on the day. Want film as well? See Photo + Film, from US$650.

Questions

Event questions

How many photographs will we get?
Usually 40 to 60 edited images for each hour of coverage, depending on the event. Every image we deliver is edited.
Can you arrive before the guests?
Yes. Coverage starts when you choose, so many hosts start it 30 minutes before guests arrive to capture the setup.
What if the party runs late?
If we are free, your photographer can stay on at US$100 per additional hour. We confirm it with you on the day before extending.
Do you do graduation photographs?
Yes: the celebration on this page, and graduation photoshoots on Photoshoots.
